Everyone is staying home and realizing how much work their houses need lol

Trust me, I am fully aware, like I said, my place of business is unbelievably busy right now. And I hear the same for places like Lowes and Home Depot.

Now maybe that is a regional phenomenon, but at least from what I am seeing, in what has been the hardest hit area in the country by the virus, is that people are willing to go out and spend money.

She has to use it all in 8 weeks or she loses what's left. It's only two ft employees so it should about work out.

Does she need to keep all her employees "employed" during that that time to have the loan forgiven?

As long as she did keep paying her employees during the 2 months, if she lets them go after that point, is the loan still forgiven?

Question 1 is a yes.
Not sure about question 2. The office couldn't function without the two of them so it's not something she's even thinking about but I have no idea if there is any way to stop people from shedding payroll after the forgiveness.
