I am hurting with you , I thought you guys were gonna get in this year as a 9/10 seed and break your streak, I feel your pain we my team had a shot to go far, and now this happens... I would rather lose to you in the NCAA's than not play at all...... This is whack

Thanks. Would have been an amazing March for the 2 Jersey B-ball powers. Alas....

Thanks for the kind words. I feel like sports fans everywhere must feel for Rutgers fans if they know about the drought.

I mean we’re not going dancing so he’s not wrong. Streak still remains
I completely disagree..you made the tourney by the assessment of all rational judgement. This is an extraordinary event but it does not diminish the accomplishment of your players and coaches in the least. Your program has elevated its performance and is headed in a very positive direction. Congratulations to coach pike, all the players, fans and alumni on a very fine year. See you st the Rock in six months.

What Frank sung about all those years ago is nothing like today. He'd be turning in his grave.
This isn't life. Its crawling in a hole , pulling the covers over your head, and hiding from action.
I agreed, I also knew you guys would have gotten in and enjoyed what could be, anything can happen in March Madness...... you guys had a shot to do some damage, I KNOW BY EXPERIENCE haha, but damn, we both should have hung banners up this season, sucks cuz in history nobody will remember 2020 was exempt in the rafters and not show the real results

Unfortunately for RU some of the conference tournaments would/could have altered some of the decisions.
Yes but not that would affect RU. We were in. No one doubts that. We were working on seed not the bubble. I really feel for both NJ teams. Lots of promise for both.

Playing in a NCAA game is a lifetime memory that has now been denied countless players nationally who are either graduating or moving on to the pros. Sad for them.
And not just basketball ALL SPRING SPORTS my daughter played for the division 2 national championship in lacrosse last year and they are currently ranked 2 in the nation her season actually not canceled yet but we find out today but she is a senior and you can hear it in her voice and I am sure every spring athlete. They literally pulled the kids out of the pool at the Division 2 swimming and diving championship yesterday right in the middle of the second day. It’s just horrible

yea, that sucks. I feel bad for every college athlete who was about to start their final season. Most will never lace them up again.
