I wasn't relishing playing against Luka Garza and those Iowa shooters or Kaleb Wesson of Ohio State. Hopefully, we've figured something out and the we can use the 5 days to prepare wisely. Hate those early starts during the workday.

we can credit Michigan, or not, but we shot terrible in both games, particularly the garden game..... if we can shoot anywhere near how we did today, it can and will be a different story...

I think this team will be amped to take down Michigan, and bouncing them, (pun intended), from the B1G tourney would be a perfect way to exact revenge.
This Rutgers team has guts, tenacity, and, without question, a steel-plated, titanium reinforced set of King Kong sized cajones. These players don't fear anybody, so as far as Michigan goes...bring 'em on!

It is kind of a win win scenario. We win and we get a better seed and maybe make a run at the title. We lose and at least we get more rest for the NCAA after a long grueling B1G season

Seeing a team the third time helps defenders. They know their moves and plays. Pike needs to out-coach Howard. Would be a huge confidence boost and right in line with the story of the resilience of this year's team
Frankly , they were very lucky to beat us both games due to real statistical anomalies. We played terribly defensively in the MSG game in the first half and somehow we shot 83 shots to their 58 and out rebounded them by 17 and lost. Geo couldn’t hit a shot nor could anyone down the stretch .
The game at the RAC we were up 9early our n the second half and ready to blow them out and Geo misses an easy 13 footer and everything turns and we cannot make a second half shot , which didn’t happen in the other 18 games at home all year. They didn’t even play well in the second game and also were lucky to win.
Their luck has run out. The only hesitation I have has nothing to do with our team which I think is better than them , it is their lifetime 13-0 hex over us including both games this year , our Final Four game and the NIT championship . They have given us the most disappointing moments in our history and I witnessed all 4 of the games in person. I think it is time for big time revenge. Let’s go Knights.
