Watching some of this game. Think of it as rooting against NC State. If we are the first team out because NC State slips in based on winning tonight...

ESPN put up a graphic of Lunardi's last four in and first four out. Rutgers is 2nd on the "in" list and NCSU is 1st on the "out" list. Personal feelings about Duke go out the window in this situation. Also has Texas, Mississippi State, and Richmond in the first four out.

Others in last four in are Stanford, Utah State, and Cincinnati.

We have to take advantage of the fact that some of the traditional NCAA powers won't be dancing this year.

yep Lunardi did a full scrub this morning and moved us down, a loss tomorrow will move us out

NC State is not done, just means they have to do some quality work in the ACC tourney to get their bid now

in the ACC logjam they can finish anywhere between 5th and 9th so if they are stuck in that 8/9 game they would have to win that and then beat the top seed either UL or FSU..and if 7 seed one of those

Georgia Tech dropped their appeal of the postseason ban so no ACC tournament for them. NC State can't fall below the 8 seed.

okay looks like if 5,6, 7,8 they will end up with a quality opponent in quarters and its a must win

if they lose there or in first round, they are cooked

Baylor looks tight tonight

its close. Texas Tech was simply awful in the two games I saw them play last week and now they are fighting for their tourney lives like hell

Texas Tech up...wtf

I say Baylor's #1 should be up for grabs if they go down..that would be 3 in a row...2 at home. Might have to slide Dayton, Maryland or Seton Hall up there no joke.

huge review, tough to overturn it if they do not have a good angle

Duke is vastly overrated and the entire ACC appears to be trash

Virginia may end up being the best in that league after all
I have to say I agree with you. I've watched them three or four times and they don't even pass the eye test.

Baylor wins...great game

I want Texas Tech to implode and lose out but they certainly passed the eye test tonight

still they need a win before the NCAA tourney and Kansas is next.

Yup, wins over N 1 Kansas, @ 7 Mich St., and vs. 11 FSU. Other quad 1 is @ 71 Syracuse 16-13

7 Q2 wins-- N 15-14 60 G'town, @ 15-14 87 Va Tech, @ 14-14 109 Miami, @ 14-14 77 Ga Tech, @ 12-17 85 UNC, 18-11 58 ND and 18-12 55 NC St.

ACC home records- Duke 14-2, Ville 17-1, FSU 15-0, Va. 13-3, NC St 13-4, ND 14-3, Cuse 11-7, Clemson 11-5, Ga. Tech 8-6, UNC 6-8, Va. Tech 11-5, Wake 9-5, Miami 8-4, Pitt 11-7, BC 8-9in

11 Teams between 50-110, BC is their NW or Neb.

I wish we had that many bad teams on the road in the B1G. The B1G top 8(all road opponents) has a combined 18 home losses (106-18 .854 win%). NET of 7-36. Those 8 losses by a total of 46 pts.- 5.75 pts /gm to a NET avg of 22 7/8, one of the hardest road schedule in the country but all I hear...

We're not dancing, all time choke, not a NCAA team, they are out, they are play-in, 11 seed, how do I get NIT tickets, blah blah blah.

@ 7 MSU 20-9, @ 15 Md. 23-6, @ 16 OSU 20-9, N 24 Mich 18-11, @ 26 PSU 21-8, @ 29 Iowa 20-9, @ 30 Wisc 19-10 @ 36 Illinois 19-9, and @ 35 Purdue 15-14(11-4 home) this weekend. Yes, I know Nebraska, Pitt and SBA is a part of it(1-1,0-1), we were a different team then. It turned around after the Wisc. home game.

Yes, they should have finished and won a couple of them, and we wouldn't have to worry about either game this week. No Big East(6 teams top 44) or Big 12(5 teams top 40) team can hold a candle to our Road schedule(9 road games in the top 36). I wish the "national media" would take a look at those real numbers instead of 1-8 0-2.
