Indiana at Purdue: brick city. Indiana is 3 for 20 from the floor but is only down 11-9 at the 8 minute mark. I am torn between wanting Purdue to lose and stay buried behind us so we get the bye, and wanting Indiana to lose and finish behind us, too.

Wisconsin at Michigan: Badgers are hot in the first half, up 36-22 in the Big... ummm... whatever the Wolverines call their home floor. Michigan will probably beat us in the standings anyway, especially with the HTH sweep, but this would keep them tied with us in the win column.

Only Rutgers goes 3-20 and only Rutgers goes down 36-22 to Wisconsin.

If we stay out of bottom 4, at this point it looks like we would play Indian, Michigan, or OSU.

Have to want Indiana and no part of Michigan. Don’t think want to play OSU, either.

Definitely would rank these Indiana, OSU, Michigan. Iowa could slip to 7 seed range, too, if Michigan finishes strong. They are 10-7 but face PSU (home), Purdue (home) and at Illinois. I could see them at 11-9.

Purdue 29, Indiana 20 at the break. The floodgates are open. Indiana only 6-27 for the half but still within range.

Almost time for Illinois at Northwestern to start. Later on it is Ohio State at Nebraska. I don't expect a lot of drama but you never know in a rivalry game. Northwestern only lost by three at Illinois, so maybe they can pull some magic at home.

its not good that Purdue is winning

Wisconsin really looking good. They are very much in the running for a league title if they win tonight and MD loses to MSU and RU

Indiana has Illinois next on the road..thats a loss....then two at home Minnesota and Wisconsin and would not be surprised to see them lose one of those and finish 9-11. RU has tiebreak with them and Minny and Purdue...3-0 vs them is ace in the hole, of course a loss to Purdue puts us at 3-1 and Purdue at 4-1 so dont know how that works but we would have the tiebreak over Indy/Minny in that scenerio

If Indy loses tonight and then goes 1-2 the final 3, they will sit quite bubblicious at 19-12

Indiana could easily lose 4 straight and finish 8-12. After Purdue, @Illinois, Home to Minnesota fighting to get above .500. and Home to a very good Wisconsin to finish reg. Season. Even 1-3 they are 9-11 and below us even if we lose 2 and NET will be in the 60s.

Boudreaux with an elbow to the face trying to box out on a missed FT. Flagrant 1 called. Hoosiers still down 48 36 with 4:29 to play, but now shooting two and get the ball back.

Michigan has 4 home B1G losses plus a home loss to Oregon....horrible job of defending home court.

can't believe we may still play day 1 of B1G tourney. sigh.
We may, but it's extremely doubtful. Too many things have to happen that affect Rutgers negatively. Biggest key for RU is that we have the tiebreakers on Indiana and Minnesota.

Of course, if we beat Purdue (or Maryland) we don't have to worry about about any of this.
