We probably get Livers tonight but hard to imagine that we’re not a better team than we were at MSG. Ron had a terrible night, just 3 points on one for ten. Geo still wasn’t right, just 3 points on one for nine. We got 2 pts and only 8 minutes from Paul, zero assists, rebounds, steals. Should be a good game tonight, higher caliber than first game. We win.

One could argue their defense caused this and they weren't just random events.
Could be but just rewatched the game and dont think so. Geo was clanging them off the side of rim (thumb bothering him) and Paul is playing his best ball of the season.
From what I recall (was day drinking prior to game lol) we took a lot of bad shots and gave up too many open threes due to horrible switches and not getting to the open man fast enough. I believe that changes tonight. With all our bad luck that game we also lost by single digits. We can do this.
We were awful against the high pick and roll—have to clean that up.
We missed a lot of bunnies and good looks. If we have an average shooting night we win that game.
We had 83 shots to their 47 and outrebounded the. If they didn't go to the line 24 times to our 5 (21 to 12 fouls which was a bit lopsided) and if we had hit a few more shots, we would've won handily. Doesn't mean we win tonight, but we should be favored.
We must’ve adjusted at some point to get back in the game. Don’t feel confident but RAC magic is real. Let’s go.

Those lanky farm boys are not better athletes. We couldn't get the ball to fall and we made a ton of bone headed plays once we got up close to 10 (like always)
And Illinois swept Michigan. First time with Livers at full strength. Weird league. It’s about matchups.
