Stevens is one of the very best players in the conference. Thoughts on how a Rutgers will handle him tonight? Doesn't seem to be too much chatter about him

This is a game where Yeboah can prove his worth on the defensive end. He has the quickness to guard him on the perimeter and the strength to handle him when they bang. I see Yeboah doing most of the work here and very capable of containing Stevens which can leave the PSU offe since to revert back to struggling to score more like their offense last season.

Who else may guard him?

Harper would be the other player I would expect to get the match up. Harper has the weight and long arms to slow him down as well.

Caleb has the me grg but not the muscle but he's an intriguing match up. With Geo out he may be running point it seems unlikely.

Another item to keep an eye on is will Stevens get Yeboah or Harper in foul trouble as they try to contain him.

If the last few years of the Pike experience teaches anything, it’s that we’ll probably throw 4 bodies at him in rotation. I bet Harper, Yeboah, Mathis, McConnell and maybe Doucore (2 mins tops) all get shots at him.

Mathis just seems too short. Also if Mathis is guarding Stevens than Harper or Yeboah has to chase around a quicker guard which could cause problems

I think it'll be Yeboah primarily, with Harper second - and possibly some Caleb mixed in from time to time.
