How is it that one of our biggest donors was surprised by this outcome? He should have been in the loop, for what he has done recently and what he can continue to do. This is Hobbs ego again, makes me think he didn’t even try to circle up donors to fund the contract demands. Hobbs wanted this to fail so he did nothing to prevent it.
