The jerseys that Adidas made for Washington are pretty bad. These practice ones look alright, hope they don't mess with the game jerseys.

83, I would be very surprised if you can buy practice jerseys anywhere. It is hard enough finding Rutgers Basketball jerseys anywhere, other than Scarlet Fever. I don’t even know if you can get practice jerseys for schools like Villanova, Michigan State, Kentucky, Baylor, Gonzaga.

I wonder why that is. If I am going to buy a shirt, I would buy a practice jersey. Why not? There has to be demand, I can’t be the only fan that would buy a practice jersey.

If there was a demand they would be on the market.

That’s not true at all.

There has been latent or undefined demand for so many products and services that were not supplied for some time and then eventually offered and sold successfully to the market (ie Hershey’s milk chocolate). Just as there have been many products and services that were developed and offered into the market and had to evangelize to unleash latent demand and sales (so many technology products and software).

You are talking about items or technology that didn't exist in the market as having no demand then becoming a market, ie. cell phones. That is a lot different than shirts.

Seems like we can order those practice jerseys from the adidas uniform program. I imagine there’s probably a minimum order and it looks like they’re about $75.

Ideally, yes. In reality, no.

Correct.

In theory, there should be a product or service available in the market if there is demand for said product or service.

But in reality, businesses and entrepreneurs are not that efficient where anything in demand is supplied.

Says Law “Supply creates its own demand”

OK eco majors I know Says Law is a fallacy
