Too many injured corners? I recall hearing they were a concern after a bunch of guys got hurt in camp
Well our secondary could certainly use some improvement. Eli's numbers continue to look good as he dumps down to outlet receivers on 3rd and 8 for a 5 yd. gain. Line play looks decent. But going about how I expected down 21-7 at halftime. Looks like we'll get another high draft choice this year. Between this and Rutgers, I'm really starting to hate football.
Granted it is Dallas, but little pressure on Dax and it still seems like we don't have Lbers to cover short to intermediate routes.
Eli with his typical get hit loose all motor function fumble routine. This might be the worst defense I've seen in two decades for the Giants. Offensive play calling very suspect. Should be a fun year.
Edit: Yes this is the worst defense I've seen from the Giants in two decades. Might not see the Dallas punter for the rest of the game.

Maybe its me but Schurmer always seems miserable. From the first day, he seemed like he hated being in tri-state area

As a Dallas fan I appreciated the Giants handing off to the fullback on 3rd and 2 and then rolling 39 year-old pocket passer Eli out to the right on 4th and 1, all while they had one of the best offensive players in the league right there.

On the other hand, the NHL season should be as fun for the tristate area as football is bad, and that season starts in 3 1/2 weeks.Giants season over

It seriously reminded me of Madden Football when the computer punts on 4th down while losing 17-14 with a minute left in the game.

Yes the dink and dunk and yards after blowout offense is working to perfection. I don't see anyone stopping us as we march to the Superbowl.

Well you don't get blown out just because the offense isn't working. I thought you would have learned that from Saturday's lesson.
Eli's passing was good today - had a couple of Pro Bowl strikes. The fumble of course was comical as only Eli can perform.
The problem (aside from defense) is 3rd and 2 and 4th and 1 deep in Dallas territory and Barkley is MIA. What kind of play-calling is that? I don't like the NYG coaching - didn't like them last year

...classic example of a coach/ staff outsmarting themselves, like Carrol throwing from the 2 with Marshawn Lynch right there.
