Good for him, but not like he turned the program into an ncaa team. And VCU losing was just one of the confluence of events

Good for him. I saw his name in the starting lineup and had no idea what year he was in

Thought he had a lot of unrealized potential here. Could handle the ball pretty well for a guy his size. A lefty who could drive the lane and make it to the rim, but unfortunately couldn’t finish enough.

I am happy for DJ. He sat out a year and this is his second year playing for St. Louis and 4th over 5 years. He is now 3 years older from when he played for us yet his numbers are a bit less than his soph year at RU. I am glad he will be playing in the NCAA.

I still remember that poor kid because of injuries had to play Isaac Haase and gave up like 6 inches.

Can’t say “tradition” .. yes Nigel Johnson left because he wanted to be in the NCAAs and all he got was being the first 1 seed to ever lose to a 16. 1 and done, next

I have to say I remember the name well but could not tell you anything else about him. Good for him though, no hard feelings here

I just saw his stats. Don't think he would be much help. Decent rebounder but still very inefficient. Turns the ball over at an alarming rate and can't shoot free throws.
