I know people are down after the last 2 games and Issa, but the fact is, this team has basically been .500 in the B1G since the frosh have gotten acclimated. And in those 7 losses were PSU, home against Iowa, and OT at Illinois. Pike is the only RU coach in history with a winning record in conference tourney play. I like our chances tomorrow.

And no matter what happens, I think we have a great chance to be .500 in conference next year. The future is bright.

Need to evaluate things over 21+ game schedule and not the last few games.

I am so pleased. I’ll weight the Indiana game as 1/21+. Just like I’ll weight tonight 1/21+

Maybe give a little extra for the 2nd half games.

The team makeup and rolls of each player are entirely different from the first few league games

Progress over the course of the year is also the sign of a good program, whether you want to piss on that or not.

I think if we get that last tip in vs Penn State everyone is content. It's that one that really stings. Beating IU on the road wasn't really to be expected

So no difference if we started out 6-7 and finished 1-6? Really? Could not disagree more

I think PSU, Indiana and Iowa are above us

We are above Northwestern and Nebraska and about the same as Illinios but we still have obstacles to hurdle...those teams I referenced all had wins against top schools in the leagu

Right now if you are in a dynasty league and picking for next 2-3 years..

We are 12th behind NW and Nebraska.

We love our freshman. PSU loves theirs too

This is an especially bad take for a team with 4 freshman playing major minutes. How someone like Caleb played first couple games is basically irrelevant at this point

Who knows what will happen in 2nd half. I said it then and ill say it now (and hope to be wrong) season ended with issa.

Our perimeter players have zero lateral quickness. We have as a team hit the wall.

No watch us go on a 20-2 run.

Who should be happier?
PSU fans or Iowa fans?

I would rather be Iowa fans because they are dancing and they do bring everyone back next season.

PSU is positioned well for next season but again its been such a struggle for that program to move into the top half. I would always take Iowa over PSU

RU has not proved anything yet
