For all the hatred in this thread - and yes many board rules have been violate- I wonder if this team rebounds from the bad decions today . Still many games to play . I hope we do, but wouldn’t be surprised if team packs it in after this disaster

Hopefully you do too.

I just got home and saw the replay. OM freaking god. REALLY? Rip my heart out.

I am more upset about not double teaming that #15 on Illinois last game than this. That shot was so 1 in a million we could have had Thiam on Johnson's shoulders guarding and it somehow would have gone in.

Palm face plant....our team is as good as or better than now than 9 of the other 14 teams...several who are tourney bound.

These comments about Pike being "a moron" must be tounge in cheek.
He has this team playing on a very high level not seen in Piscataway in many years.

Yes, of course it’s tongue in cheek. Pike is building this program right. It was just a mistake of epic proportions.
Not sure why I am getting so much heat for calling it out. I think the threads that single out and disparage some of our players are much much worse. But those posts seem ok

You can argue both ways on Guarding the inbound! If there was less time on the clock I think Pikes would have guarded inbounder. With 3.3 seconds on the clock I’m actually surprised they threw a baseball pass. I’m sure Pikes was thinking they will try to get to Bohannon and he takes a few dribbles and shoots. Can’t say he is a moron because a guy hits a one & a million shot. The pass was actually tipped so can’t say the pass was that accurate. U can always blame the coach for things but hindsight is always 20/20

Hey at least we can have arguments like this. How many years were games like this a blow out?? Shows how far the program has come

Baker’s shot was lucky. Iowa’s game winner was beyond lucky. A kiss off the backboard? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before.
That's the power of Joe "Weezy" Weiskamp...the kid is a stud.

Very true . We can have these arguments and the team and program has a pulse. That is a credit to pike . But we aren’t there yet, still a ways to go.
