The refs have used the replay about 10 times this game, to try to screw us (3 shot clock violations, only 1 which actually was, where Johnson was fouled before it anyway), tried to take away Ron’s 3, tried to call a flagrant on us .. but the ONE that would change in our favor, nope not reviewable. Of course

And the ref calling it did not have the angle to see where it was on the rim. He was directly behind the tip in.
They need to add that kind of call to review. It's ridiculous for an official who is out of position to call that.
Who knows. It was an awful call. The guy wasn't even in position to call it. But he was also the POS that called an intentional-unintential foul on Bohannon when Montez had a breakaway layup, and then he missed both FT's. Total ********.
It might not be officially reviewable but that doesn't stop the other ref(s) who were in better position to stop play regroup with the fellow refs and discuss whether they should keep/overrule decision. Other ref should step up and say no I had the better angle and it wasn't GT.
Also I didn't get to see most of the game---approx when did this happen so I can go watch replay?
I think IIRC it happened with around 6 to 7 minutes remaining. But I may be mistaken.

You're welcome. It's way too difficult to watch this game again. All I will say is the replay shows the ball was off the cylinder and we should have been award the basket. Of course it didn't help when Montez missed 3 out of 4 FT's at the end. Still, Iowa's win was one of the luckiest wins I've seen in 50 years. Still hurts like hell.
