Big game for them as it's their best chance for a win (in their minds), but they come out tight. RU is relaxed, has fun, and uses our favorable matchups to ease to a victory. RU 73 - them 68.

I also don't predict anymore because I am also superstitious. I do know that Penn State has a brutal schedule the rest of this season and getting a win would but be huge for us.

They have more talent than us up and down the roster. A team that was a whisker from the NCAA tournament that now is almost playing out the string and you have to wonder if they are capable of giving a full 40 minutes.

Unfortunately Eugene is still very limited (unless he has healed a lot in 3 days) and virtually all of our perimeter players are in a shooting slump. Their best player has been in a full season shooting funk, but of course goes 3-3 in his last game.

I like us in this one as well. Line should be around 3 points in their favor. Making it a pick'em for the most part. I think we need this one out by six 74-68

B1G Ten on the road.
Seems to me PSU plays everyone pretty tough.
If we win there, even though it’s only against PSU, I’m going to consider the win significant in our progress.

Hell, flat out this is a big game and a must win.
I’m putting a little pressure on Pike here

Could be for sure. I don’t think this will be a game we SHOULD lose. Especially with the development in the last game of Johnson and Mathis over the last 6 games.

I'll be curious to see what type of role Myles has in this game. Watkins at 6'9'' is the biggest they have. If there was ever a game we would go small it is this one. The problem is filling 140 minutes with perimeter players.

Who is best to guard Watkins. I'd think a healthy Eugene which would make us really small. Eugene isn't healthy. Can Shaq C, Shaq D or Myles guard him. This will be a big test for Johnson (and for Shaq C).

I think you are right. Coach probably will go small, but i think we should still exploit their small size with Myles and Shaq. Leave Doorson on the bench unless theyre getting to the rim relentlessly. I think Johnson and Shaq will flourish if we play this right and dont let them dictate the game.

I am interested to see how far Eugene has come, hes a super human and was huge spark in the prior game (morale wise and some energy plays).

I don’t care who guards him because he’s gonna get his points inside. I just hope we defend him without fouling and cut back on the And 1 opportunities. I’m curios how well we guard others at the arc, in this game and in future games...

He is a terrible FT shooter
Good, then if we foul we’d better foul without letting him score. Don’t wanna give him opportunities for 3-point plays. In any case it’s the supporting cast and 3-point shooters that concern me more.
