The guy will be 24 years old in 2 weeks and is a perfect example of filling a gap with a graduate transfer. He destroyed us on 4-9 shooting from deep.

I have no problem getting someone like him for one year. You can win games with guys like that and I don’t care if we have them for only one year. I’m sick of losing.

I was rooting hard to get Casimir... 48% from 3 at FGCU. Even if you cut that down to 40-42% against better competition and accept he'll play subpar defense, we could really use that.

And he can handle...I wanted him too.

This is what I've been saying. Pike needs to go through the entire freakin' country if need be and find us a catch and shoot kid. Take away his shooting and we win this even though we shot poorly once again from the charity stripe.

I thought CJ was an excellent pickup for us from the grad transfer market.
Billy he was. And even though Shaq Carter is not a grad transfer, he is doing really well for us. But we desperately need that catch and shoot kid. I think Pike thought he found it in Kiss. Sadly, Kiss is NOT the answer.

Is Kiss’ issue physical, or confidence? In first few games I thought he’d be one of our favorite players instead of an after thought.

I don’t think he’s strong enough. In the Maryland game he looked slow and couldn’t handle B1G competition. We have him for two more years. He has to get stronger. If he does, then he can be a contributor. If not, well you get the idea

Something seems to have changed in Peter’s mindset. He’s not as confident, aggressive or assertive as he seemed to be early in the season and in preseason practice videos.
