Maryland had 9 points. We looked in great shape. They ended the half with 40. That is inexcusable. Pike’s thing was at least defense, but even that has been a disaster

Yea that 10 minutes was a very soft terrible performance in every way.

Turnovers and everyone in foul trouble. Noticed how they backed off once they got in foul trouble

So much for improved IQ and passing skills. Returning Players have regressed. No inside game effort. Just can't stand being an RU. Fan watching football and basketball offenses. ( or our recent historic issues having any)

This is the biggest red flag. Corey, Mike, and Deshawn didn't really get better from Pikiell Year 1 to Pikiell Year 2. Omoruyi and Thiam did, but Thiam has fallen off this year and sadly it doesn't seem like Baker is taking a meaningful step forward in Pikiell Year 2 to Pikiell Year 3.

Omoruyi has developed a little bit of an outside touch but otherwise has regressed. Baker has stagnated. Thiam and Doucoure have regressed massively. Doorson has improved very slightly but that’s probably due to him not being injured..Kiss has been a disappointment. Players are not developing like many people like to believe.

O and Johnson have both improved. O a lot. Corey actually was a much better team player under Pike. His shooting percentage want great but he played under control much better and defensively he was great.

To be fair, Omoruyi has developed a lot under Pikiell from his freshman season...just not so much since last season. I did not see Johnson play before this season.
