Debating whether to drive to Fordham from South Brunswick, or take NJ Transit then B/D subway. Each seems to have its pros and cons....what are others doing?

Driving from South Jersey Friday night, crashing near the GW. Leaving for the game early, and will grab lunch in the Fordham area.

There is a Metro North station right next to the campus. If you take the train or bus in, you just have to get yourself to Grand Central Station and you can then take Metro North directly to Fordham. The train station is closer to campus than the subway station, although a little more expensive. So, it's a question of whether you prefer the train to the subway and whether you can deal with getting to Grand Central in order to be closer at the other end.

They also have a good sized parking garage on campus, so I think parking on a Saturday afternoon shouldn't be a problem.

Convenience of driving and with the parking lot on campus, seems the way to go for me. Parking price at the lot on campus is 15 for the day.

More importantly, I know this was discussed before, where to go and meet for lunch?

I would recommend Mike's Deli on Arthur Avenue.
