The point it makes is that if you are NFL potential- you have every opportunity to make it here as anywhere else. Plus, you may get on the field sooner to prove it. When we went a couple of years with virtually no one drafted, kids heard, yeah, you can get on the field sooner but that is only because the other players suck and what good does it do you if they can’t coach you up...
Putting players into the NFL is a major selling point in attracting quality recruits (talented Rival 3-Star guys) that you can train and develop.
