Myles is a class guy. He always volunteers for visits to a hospital for young cancer patients as well as for other worthy causes. I remember his first week at RU he signed up for a very worth while student participation event. He cares about people.

Can they shoot, are they willing to defend, do they have length, and THIS. Hanging my hat on this recipe.

I asked before and no one responded so I will ask again. I am not being a downer here, just asking a question. Every thing I have read says McConell has committed to RU. Nowhere does it say he signed his LOI. We are in the signing period now. It started April 11. Committing now should be accompanied with a signed LOI. If he is not signed does anyone know why he hasn't? To me the only reason not to sign is to put a schollie in your pocket and wait a while for a better offer. If it doesn't come you sign with the school to which you made the commitment. If another offer comes along you say bye bye and flip. We saw it happen in football. Several early commits didn't sign when the early period arrived. Turns out they went elsewhere. am I missing something? Hopefully I have missed the fact he has already signed.

It won't happen here. He hasn't signed yet, officially, but he will. He will probably have some sort of ceremony at his school before the middle of May.

Thank you. Was just curious as to why no signing.

I asked a couple of days ago and Richie responded and said Rutgers was drawing up the paperwork and Caleb is expected to sign this week.

Football recruiting is very different from basketball recruiting can't really compare the process. In football kids commit and still take visits to other schools, and other schools continue to the kid that committed. It doesn't happen that way in basketball.

The kid gives a verbal commitment and his recruitment stops unless he reopens. Which I do not anticipate happening with McConnell.

Per NCAA rule, McConnell could not sign while on his visit

Recently watched a video of Mathis- very impressed.

McConnell- Very impressed.

Harper much the same.

This team has potential next year to put on some serious spectacles at the RAC. I think they will beat SHU, which will be fun to watch.
