Its a live trivia game you play on your phone, daily games at 3pm and 9pm each day. Usually the prize is $5,000 split among the remaining players after 12 questions. You play until you get one wrong, 3 answers multiple choice, 10 seconds to answer, time begins once the question is posted. Tonights prize is $250,000, for 15 questions. Its kind of fun, I have only made it to question 9, but I would think with some of the brains we have here, someone could take home some prize money. The questions start out pretty easy and just keep getting harder. The number of people playing at any given night range from 1 million to 2 million, usually the pot is split among 5-6 people.

Play for a couple weeks back in December as it was just starting to blow up.

Found there was way too many technical glitches and couldn't stand the one host so stopped.

Its a fun. I've never gotten beyond question 6 as some of them get very tough....and th are roo quick to try and google.

I was reasing about the game. Apparently it is backed all by private investors. They are trying to make it gain in popularity while taking a loss in hopes that it will soon be profitable by incorporating advertising. The other night, Nike gave away a pair of custom made shoes to the winner. Interesting concept.

Here is the link to download, it only takes a second--- and if you use my referral code " rutgersmets " I get an extra life (and I think you do to). Heck, I'll share some of the profits if I win.

Made Q 11 once.. missed out on $2.62.. but have recently saw people win $25K.. last night they had a sponsorship from the movie "Ready Player One" and had a $250K prize pool split by 14 people. Not too shabby. I stupidly went out early.. because they used a "NOT" question and I did not get to read the question before I was forced to answer. I shall explain.

The questions are all multiple choice.. but when the question has a capitalized NOT in it, you are looking for the one answer NOT like the other 2 answers... NOT like the description above. They say yo have 10 seconds to answer the question, but the clock begins when the host begins reading the questions. So, when the question does not pop up on your screen while you are listening to the host read the question.. it is hard to hear the NOT part... and then you have like 3-4 seconds to answer. Very easy to pick the first thing you see that matches the description.. even as what you want is the answer that does NOT match the description.

I would have went out on a question later, so it doesn't matter... but it is frustrating. I can see giving up on the game. There will be 2-3 questions where you have no idea about the answer, don't have time to think, and have to get lucky. So, if you KNOW the answers to 9 questions, you have a 3.5% chance of getting lucky. But they also have tricky questions.. designed to have you pick the wrong answer... so its even lower than that.

Made it to Q 12 once, but got it wrong. Missed out on like $1.63.

Rutgers made an appearance in tonight's quiz with one of the easier questions.

Which of these schools is a member of the Ivy League? Penn State, Rutgers, or Dartmouth.

Sadly, more people guessed Penn State than Rutgers.
