Seems they will only be satisfied when all the lots are devoid of cars and all the seats are empty. Then they can at least play the games with some peace and quiet.
And they'll still take five hours to play.

I renewed my tickets today and rep said season ticket sales are up vs last year. Not sure if I was just being given the part line.
I wouldn’t be happy but money is money. PSU money is just as good as RU money. It really just show that we don’t belong in the B1G if that was the case. I hope it’s not the case.So you would be happy to have paid donations and parking fees only to park next to Penn State fans who were able to buy a parking pass through the school at a reduced price? You really are an idiot.
$1000 minimum donation for 1 pass (up to 4 tix) and 2 passes (5 to 8 tix). Above 2 passes you need an additional $1,000 donation per pass.I don't think it is for just one pass if you have enough season tix to qualify for more. 1 pass for each 4 tix you have in your account. So an account holder who has say 12 tix should be able to get 3 passed if they meet the pp number and $1000 donation level. Unless they limit the pre-buy to just one pass per account..which would be foolish and difficult to do if you need several together.
Perhaps the account holders in yellow are made up if larger groups per account and not parties of 4?
Seriously? You maybe the worst Rutgers on the planet.I wouldn’t be happy but money is money. PSU money is just as good as RU money. It really just show that we don’t belong in the B1G if that was the case. I hope it’s not the case.

yup. RU4Real let me know that too. didn't know.$1000 minimum donation for 1 pass (up to 4 tix) and 2 passes (5 to 8 tix). Above 2 passes you need an additional $1,000 donation per pass.
Let's not start or perpetuate rumors and get more people angry. Rutgers isn't holding back parking passes to sell on stubhub to make a few grand more a season. Sheesh
I wonder if the ticket office is now doing 'dynamic pricing' for premium parking spaces for individual games in Scarlet, Green and Yellow. Those parking passes fetch the better prices above Face on stub hub than good seats.
They could hold back, or make a higher cut off, and then sell for a very nice price to visiting fans looking to pay way over premium for a great parking spot.
Not exactly. It's also reduced by historical giving, consecutive years of tickets and loyalty donations.up to $6200 for one year only minus the number of tickets you have, then you will be able to reduce it by the mount/1000 and your tickets next year
$1000 minimum donation for 1 pass (up to 4 tix) and 2 passes (5 to 8 tix). Above 2 passes you need an additional $1,000 donation per pass.
you think the ticket office is asking people if they are RU fans before they sell the tickets? This is how the real world works. I sit in a section that are season tickets only but I see OSU, Mich, PSU fans all the time. I don't blame people for selling. I can argue that people that ***** about prices are the worst fan. There is a direct correlation between $$ and success of programs. Just stating the facts.I

So if you added one ticket to your account (4+1=5) in the absolute cheapest section you would be eligible for a second yellow pass? And from what I'm reading here you could turn around and sell that pass at a markup, which could probably more than cover the cost of the cheap ticket. And that person gets a yellow pass with no donation or ticket purchase history. This is how RU creates issues and problems for itself with its complicated parking eligibility system.
This sounds more like you trying to find a problem. There are loop holes to everything. But 5 people in 2 cars makes sense. So if you added one ticket to your account (4+1=5) in the absolute cheapest section you would be eligible for a second yellow pass? This is a hole in the system I agree. Maybe they should require 6 tickets before you get a second pass. But I am not sure its a case of RU creating an issue and problem for itself. They have created a set of rules which are necessary and there are always going to be loopholes
How would you simplify the eligibility system without reducing revenue and pissing off long time customers.
And that person gets a yellow pass with no donation or ticket purchase history.
The extreme example of what you are suggesting is to basically auction off seat locations and parking every year. In college sports I believe this would kill ticket sales. Rutgers protects seat locations - you keep your seats provided you pay the required donation but auction off parking in a system that gives returning customers an advantage. Most every school follows some similar plan. To me it works. In all honesty, some of the benefits that accrue to long time customers actually work against bringing in new customers. There are many examples of businesses making this same mistake. It's one thing to give loyal customers a little extra but when it comes at the expense of new customers it can be a problem. I'd price tickets and parking based on what the market will bear and find other means to reward long time season ticket holders.
This sounds more like you trying to find a problem. There are loop holes to everything. But 5 people in 2 cars makes sense.
Quite the opposite. I've known Lou and his large tailgate crew since our college days going back more than 40 years. Suppose I've never been a season ticket holder or made a donation to RU. How fair is it that I could attach my ticket purchase to theirs and qualify for a yellow pass right away and someone with 60 PPs doesn't?
Do you think Penn State fans are buying season tickets for one game, paying the donation for a season parking pass?? How stupid are you? If non Rutgers fans are buying tickets and parking passes on the secondary market it does not help Rutgers at all they already got that money and get zero of the mark up by the persin selling them! It doesn't put a penny into Rutgers Athletics.you think the ticket office is asking people if they are RU fans before they sell the tickets? This is how the real world works. Not stupid enough to forget your original reply to me. I can’t win this argument because you’ve covered both sides. Its doesn't matter to you. You would be happy sitting in a full HPPS of PSU fans because "money is money" . Your are not a Rutgers fan.Not stupid enough to forget your original reply to me. Only a fan is willing to pay a premium for an bad product. People who complain about the price not matching the product are not fans. They are concern with value. You bash the school but excuse fans from doing the same. If PSU fan wants to donate 20mm to finish the B1G build fund, should we refuse it?Its doesn't matter to you. What PSU fan(s) are donating that kind of money to Rutgers??? What the hell is wrong with you? Are you an PSU fan? Because you are sure acting like one. You certainly aren't a Rutgers fan. Just another Penn State troll.Only a fan is willing to pay a premium for an bad product. People who complain about the price not matching the product are not fans. They are concern with value. I know it's a sensitive topic for RU fans. Everyone wants something for nothing. I'm paying the premium and donating to get in the lot regardless the product on the field. I guess I would be more of a RU fan if I just ***** about the prices more. What PSU fan(s) are donating that kind of money to Rutgers??? What the hell is wrong with you? Are you an PSU fan?
