10-13 St. John's takes down Duke

[RUforJERSEY]

Losers of 11 straight going in. Winless in the Big East. What a win for Chris Mullin and the Johnnie's. And that my friends is why they play the games. ANYTHING can happen.

So what your saying is RU beat SJU .... so we can also beat Duke! Awesome!!!!!

[RUforJERSEY]

Actually i was alluding to Purdue. But thanks for playing.

The only team I want to lose
more than I want Duke to lose
is the University of No Classes in Chapel Hill.

Happy to hear!

It’s funny, if I told you just the results of these games before the season:

Beat St. John’s who beat Duke
Loss to #5 Florida State by 5 (who beat Duke and UNC)
Loss to #10 Michigan State by 10
Win vs. #13 Seton Hall
OT @ #4 MSU
Win vs Wisconsin
Win vs Iowa by 13
Loss to #3 Purdue by 2 points

... you would have thought Rutgers was on track for a Cinderella season and one of the best teams in the country. Some nights we are a top-5 team. Some nights we are sub-200. Much less often then in the past though, and it’s been way more fun this way!

First comes culture, then come moments, then comes consistency. And it's not always a straight line.
