I watched them the other night. I think they have some guys hurt and were playihg walk ons and freshmen. Happ will abuse us, if the soph guard that sat out is back that will be huge for them. They still beat Indiana pretty solid so I am concerned about our mental state heading into this game so soon

Pritzl is pretty good but I think if we double Happ a lot we win that game. It’s gonna be a “rock fight” and we can out-ugly anyone.

I cannot stand watching guys like Haas. Just bull rushes guys and the defenders get called for fouls by trying to just hold their ground. Plus, the guy sucks. He should be dominant.

I’m not missing your point and I don’T disagree with you on the future. I took issue with your cheap shot at Sanders.
What are you talking about???? I NEVER said anything negative about Sanders. Freeman? Yes, and he deserves it.

Prizl did not play because he hit his head with another player in practice..status is unknown..their freshmen guard was excellent their last game//we were successful in containing last year but I think we will probably end up fouling him to death

Guy have to keep their composure. Sloppy and frustrated isn't going to help.

If we could only shoot we could easily make a game of this because the kids are fighting and working hard.

Well in fairness to the team this is like football going against OSU or Wisconsin. Everyone knows we have no shot. But yes it is quite unbelievable how bad scholarship players can be at putting a ball through the hoop. It's quite comical at this point.

This too shall pass. This roster still needs to be turned over. Will take time.

Two of the reasons we don't shoot well are (1) we don't take good shots, and (2) we work so hard on both ends of the court that it affects your shooting. And I don't care if he shoots 5% from three Williams needs to start on this team ahead of Thiam.

And (3) Our guys just can't shoot.
