Love the end game line up.

I love the small line up that played the last 5 to 6 minutes of the game. Very athletic, quick defense, shoots well, rebounds. This team has many combinations and can play several different ways. We may have had a weak OOC schedule but Pike used it to his advantage and employed many combos and learned a lot about how to use his players. I really believe this team can and will only get better.

Agree was having the same conversation with the guy who sits next to me at the game. Corey, Mike, Gio three guard lineup should be used a lot in the conference schedule. I think it was a great observation by Pike that Thiam was near useless in the SH game because they guarded him too closely so he couldn't take his usual sweet time to get his shot off and they were way too physical for him to slash to the hoop as he had been starting to do against inferior competition.

The problem is that with Souf a non-factor Pike can’t play Corey, Mike and Geo together too much without Corey and Geo’s minutes going over the optimal. Geo is already averaging 36 minutes a game, which is too high for a freshman IMHO. Mike needs to spend a considerable amount of time spelling both Geo and Corey, which limits the time he can play with them.
