Game Thread: RU vs FDU, 7pm RAC, BTN+ or Flohoops

[Abro1975]

RU hosts FDU at the RAC in about 30 minutes. Busy days at the RAC.

'it will be a Dollar Hot Dogs Knight for fans and weekend shuttles will be available for Rutgers students. At halftime, a human "Hungry Hippos" competition will take place.'

FDU is 3-5, but in the midst of a 7 game road trip. That's rough.

have to miss this game....damn snow

[RU848789]

All day I thought I had a ticket for this one, but no, I don't, so it's TV time. Back to the RAC for the Fordham and SHU games this week, though...

[Dpgru]

Start with two missed close in shots - again

i have season tickets and don’t want to go due to the weather. I don’t get btn plus.

[Dpgru]

Good d leads to some points.

you can use my ticket but you have to pick it up

You mean you don't want to get it.
If you have internet access and $10 you get it

[Dpgru]

Slow shooting start but RU has picked it up. Shooting pretty well. 3/3 from 3

[RutgersRaRa]

So glad we're in the conference and I can get these games (and wrestling, soccer, etc.). I'm stranded in Florida for a little while and am not left out the way I'd've been in the AAC or BE.

[Dpgru]

Pinch me. We are playing very well.

[RU-Choppin-Ohio]

Thiam driving is a very good sign for him. He is gaining confidence

[BoxStater]

Good seeing Thiam with 2 drives & debuting a floater, lol

[Dpgru]

So far this year whenever we made a run against one of these weaker clubs instead of putting them away we have let them back in the game. Let's just bury these guys.

[RU848789]

you can use my ticket but you have to pick it up

thanks, but I would've been iffy anyway, with a non-marquee opponent and the ongoing snow.

We look really good tonight against an admittedly not so good team. Up 36-18.

[shields]

Corey trying to get to 1000 tonight?

[RU848789]

Gorgeous alley oop from Sanders to Geo

[Dpgru]

Who are these guys and where did this RU team come from. Wonderful to see how well we are capable of playing

[gef21]

Well then.

[knightfan7]

5-8 from 3 so far? Where the heck did that come from?

[bac2therac]

wow 46-18

[bac2therac]

how many at the game?

[RUeric]

FDU giving supreme effort this game. They look like they don't want to be there. RU taking full advantage.

[koleszar]

A shooting performance for the ages thus far. Very impressive tonight.

[RU MAN]

Our team is on fire! Hopefully everyone on the bench gets a chance to play tonight.

[RutgersRaRa]

Thiam driving is a very good sign for him. He is gaining confidence

Been needing him to see the lanes to the hole better. Also need him to pull the trigger from downtown more often.

[bac2therac]

RU shooting 60%...18-30...FDU 6-24

RU winning the boards 22-9

RU 12-3 in assists

[Sweet Pea's Corner]

I'm sad I'm missing the game. Not the game score but the $1 dogs.

[xkiesterx]

Couldn't justify driving in today with the weather, bought BTN Plus for tonight. Wow.

BTW, Sanders is now 8 points from 1000 at present.

[Dpgru]

Nothing to complain about on this thread so far. How is everyone handling it?

[RU-Choppin-Ohio]

Thiam is rebounding pretty well this year...I have not checked the stats...maybe 3 or 4 per game.

[FELONIOUSMONK]

Is FDU still on the bus?

[bac2therac]

50-22 big time bounceback tonight

[Arizona Knight]

Team looks sharp. Cooling down a tad as the half is ending.

[Dpgru]

OMG. 50-22 at the half. On pace to win 100 to 44.

[bac2therac]

Freeman hasnt take a shot yet?

hopefully 2nd half is all trying to get Thiam, Eugene and Duke the ball

[RU848789]

50-22 - best half of the year, maybe...

[shields]

Sa made two foul shots in a row.
