It's 13-7...NOBODY has "stunk" for crying out loud lol!
The army offense stunk for most of the game and navy missed an easy td on the flanker pass. Army hung in and now has the lead

Best game I've seen all year!
Are you telling me that Army has a chance to win 10 games this year?
Was at the last one held at JFK with my Dad.Went to 3 of them at Municipal Stadium in the 70's.
I thought he had it which would be something in those conditions.I feel so bad for the Navy kicker. I know it's the way sports are but you never want anyone to feel the way he must feel right now.
I think it was the '75 or '76 game, it took the pres so long to change sides of the field at halftime that they cut the band's, etc from performing. Was at the last one held at JFK with my Dad.
The Metuchen Elks ran a train trip right to the back of the stadium. Easy travel and a short walk thru the gate. Was at the last one held at JFK with my Dad.
One if the coldest games I’ve ever been to. But so much fun. The march on by both the Cadets and Midshipmen was amazing to see. Hell of a time
Coldest for me was Giants/Eagles when Randall Cunningham had the 94yd punt.Coldest sporting event I’ve ever been to (and I’ve attended multiple football games in Buffalo in November/ December) was 1989 Army-Navy at the Meadowlands. It was an awesome game (Navy won 16-13 on a late FG). I have no idea what the temp was but it felt like it was 20 degrees and we were sitting in a cooler.
And still one of the best games of the year.Army was 1/1 with 20 yards passing and Navy was 1/2 with 2 yards passing. Understood it was snowing. Some of our fans were apoplectic when we did not break 100 yards passing in a game. Granted it is Army and Navy.
No doubt. Love watching the cadets cheer their teams. Very old school football game. And still one of the best games of the year.
Been there for air of Temple games. Unfortunately, A hell of a lot better than Met Life. For some reason it reminds me of Rutgers Stadium if it was modernized with the bells and whistles The Linc has.Great game. Have felt for awhile now that it' so much better to have it in Philly, just has a better feel when its there. And the Linc, in spite being home of the Eagles, is a great venue. One of the best in the country.
Thawed out from yesterday. The snow wasn't really an issues to tailgating and watching, it was the wind!
Looking forward to 12/8/18 back at the Linc. Go Navy.
Sad to admit I left that game at the half. I had been to some cold night games in the Meadowlands with Rutgers playing Pitt and WVU.. but the upper deck for that Army-Navy game.. it was just too much. I wussed out.Coldest sporting event I’ve ever been to (and I’ve attended multiple football games in Buffalo in November/ December) was 1989 Army-Navy at the Meadowlands.
Me too. My group and I left at half. We too were in the upper deck. Section 218. Still a ton of fun thoughSad to admit I left that game at the half. While watching the game, please keep your eye on Navy FB Anthony Gargiulo. Great young man who grew up following Rutgers. A good friend of mine and Anthony's father have been lifetime best friends. Anthony has attended RU sporting events since he was a kid. As a Rutgers fan, if there's one kid you want to pull for in this game, it's Gargiulo.
