We got a first down in the qtr so we're right on track. Staying with them, but yards not looking good.
Give Mich credit with the OL blocking, but we have guys in the area on a lot of plays, just can't make the tackles. Not quite quick enough when their backs stop and go.

That's the difference when a QB has no confidence - at Houston he was fearless off the bench and toasted us in their wide open offense. The pressure at UM is way beyond that and he's almost frozen with fear, it seems.
and Rossi with the prevent defense all game long. Remember 10 yd. cushions are a thing of the past.

You know I wonder if he's just another example of why a spread offense is a better avenue. At Houston he looked like a pretty good qb in their spread not at Michigan not so much in their pro style.
