OT: Epoxy garage floor coating

Stem wall prevents moisture penetration to a much greater extent....given the local environment you've chosen in Florida. If you are going to invest in a good floor finish it could mean quite a bit.

I am in the process of building a pole barn in my backyard. Once it is complete I am planning on coating the floor with Epoxy prior to storing anything in it. My question is has anybody done this themselves or has had it done? Would love to get some insight and peoples experiences / findings before I venture into this.

Epoxy is fine. Problem is a lot of the stuff people put down is just paint that is marketed as epoxy.

Try Racedeck. I just put it in my shed. Thinking about the garage next --- but that would mean I would have to clean out my garage.
