Is there a list of potential NY / NJ / PA / CT guys that may be available as grad transfers?

My guesses are we could use a replacement for Laurent and a 6 10 or taller guy to add depth since we lost Gettys.

Not sure but I heard Rothstein say the number is around 500 nationally at the moment.

Like willisneverana said, shooters. Will help free up Coreys game tremendously. A transfer center similar to Gettys also needed big time!

my guess is we will get:
- NJ kids that went away but graduated and may want to get an RU masters degree while playing in the B10
- kids that play for mid-majors on avg teams and want to play in the B10
- kids who are enduring coaching changes or lost a starting role

For big men:

There is a kid from Manhattan and a kid from Stonybrook. Neither looks to be a grad transfer. The kid from Manhattan was a Jr so unless he is ahead of the curve he probably needs to sit a year. The Stonybrook kid may be a kid Pike recruited so we may have a shot. The kid from New Mexico who is 7 ft 3 is a RS Jr so may be a graduate transfer.

I'm not getting wood for any of these guys.

And so it goes.

yeah but they are all 7 ft or taller. You can't teach size. Gettys was not the most talented player but his size definitely helped.

Gettys was not the most athletic player.

His talent was great. Communication on calling out screens/calling out the players coming down the floor on transition, touch around hoop, free throws, hustle. All there.

IF WE KEEP DIALLO, I do not see a need for a transfer big man, seeing Donucoure may reclassify. So to me its looking for one shooter, to replace Johnson.

Diallo has NO offensive game what so ever! Love his hustle and defense. Scoring.....not so much!

Pretty much all back up big men can't score. Don't see the need to force Diallo out unless we know of a better option. If we do have one lined up than sure go for it. Otherwise swapping one big who can't score for another doesn't really seem to be worth it. At that point might as well keep some team chemistry
