I haven't either. He is a senior. He has the Phillipsburg pedigree. Maybe he just isn't a legit D1 Hwt prospect, but he has an impressive record the past couple of years. I was just throwing a name out there as a possible Hwt recruit.

I thought Lewis optimal weight is 57. He's stockier body type and JVB is lankier so makes more sense if Lewis stays 57 and JVB goes 65. Unless Lewis is struggling to make 57

I would agree with you KidDagger(I have heard Lewis wants to go 165, but not sure if he will). Either way, I think these two will man those weights.

Bill, I always believed Dippery had a lot of potential. He made a big weight cut to take over at 133 this year so I don't see why he couldn't easily go back to 149. Are the other contenders that much better than him that he would not even try it?

His best weight is 141, not 149. So he wants to transfer and wrestle 141.

Lewis told me a month or so ago he will wrestle 157 next year. I may try to bulk up from 130 pounds to wrestle 285. Anyone have any tips on how I do that? DeLuca did have ACL surgery after the Midlands but doing ok.

I didn't hear anything about wrestle-offs unless it was just in-team. Hoped Scott would get the call but not surprised given the way this post started. Really doesn't make sense that they were not using their best option the whole year.
