because I am not going to blame officiating as to why we are losing a particular game especially a game where Indiana has been called for more fouls...my issue is every game RU fans ***** about the refs, yes there will be games that are not called evenly but when every game isnt called evenly I think people are projecting their fandom into it..,.and yes better teams get the calls, they are often quicker as well which causes the inferior team to foul

Lazy post

A foul is a foul. A ref should call a foul if there is a foul.

You are watching the same game we are right? You see the Indiana guy rake our arm to get the ball out of our guy's hand... not called because that guy's faster?

Please.

Again a lazy post by you.

And for the hundredth time they are a better team than us and we're not losing because of the officials.

Another soft lob pass inside leading to a TO and three points the other way. We are the most delicate passing team I've ever seen. Throw the fvcking ball hard!

Frustrating as f***. We are fighting a 21st century war with muskets and knives. Indiana just dribbles down buries a 3. We haven't done that ONCE all year.

Oh that's right, there's a game today.
Turns on TV, watches a few minutes.
Ok, I've seen enough. Turns off TV.

68-49 ,5 minutes to go.Hard to watch another game where Rutgers might not score 60 points.

lazy post? how about the fouls RU make that do not get called, see it works both ways. You look for what you want to see, there will always be a few misses by the refs, Im not arguing that...live what that, also live with how the game is officiated, the team has to adjust to what is being called and not being called, its part of the game., these posts every game make it seem like RU is being singled out by the Big 10

not just that,,but stop throwing it when the guy is covered. We've made more entry passes to the other to team than our own this year. fravcking stupid and not being corrected.

So FRUSTRATING that a team that can't shoot from the field can't even make a decent amount of foul shots, but then turns it over with such bad passing.

Hard to believe any other team made up of D1 players plays this bad one end.

More laziness.

Prove it works both ways. Is there some universal rule that suggests this?

Better teams get the whistle. No argument there. What I am arguing is that that is wrong. You seem okay with that.

Fine. But that's lazy.

I have no doubt that Pike and Hobbs are making the corrections, we just lack the IQ right now. And it is possible to pass the ball to a covered guy because there is always a place the offensive guy can receive the ball. We just don't have the passers with vision or skill.

Is Indiana the strangest arena in the country? Would love to know what architect was thinking? Is there a story?

I still dont get lazy, do you think Rutgers is purposely being singled out by Big 10 officials

listen there are so many other things to worry about then focusing on officiating every game, you are entitled to your opinion though, I strongly disagree

Will say it again while Williams' d is great, he really hurts us offensively. Another no show game on O.

Must say, these BTN announcers were the most Rutgers homer announcers I've ever heard ... I mean more than Lucas and Carlin. It was refreshing to listen to! It was even getting ridiculous at some points, where Indiana was clearly better and they said something like "well Rutgers almost could have made that play there, if not for the athleticism of [IU player] that would have been a great play. Lots to be excited for. Steve P is doing a great job." It was great haha

I've been a huge fan of Pike from the get-go but am really frustrated with the turnovers and the free throw shooting. Those feel like fundamental items that should be able to be corrected regardless of opponent.

We finally have a full week off, and a home game. Want to see actual free throw shooting, and solid passing, against Nebraska. Otherwise Pike needs to start answering some questions.

But would he should have said when Sa got blocked that last time was "hasn't he ever heard of a pump fake?"
