RU 16-35 fg
Indy 23-48

RU is actually shooting near Indy's percentage but they have taken 13 more shots

Indiana is only 2-14 on 3s,, thats pretty stunning

I think the thing we should all be pissed about is the horrific foul shooting...nothing to do with talent..and we have been particularly awful of late...its really unacceptable

Thiam needs some minutes. He needs experience and hopefully some confidence. So what if his D stinks right now

a positive to latch onto is that Rutgers is still fighting and battling and not curling up into the fetal position. This is a great attribute that Pikiell has instilled in these players. Kudos to the players who have continue to fight even though things are not going well in this game. This is something we as fans can rally around

listen I know you live in a what if world but thats not reality...reality is after a hot start we have been outscored 37-17. Indiana is better and its not close, thats why they are winning, not because of our mistakes, we are what we are

BAC - I used to think you knew basketball but you are coming off as clueless in this thread.

Post above is evidence item #1
(They are winning because they are better, not because of our mistakes.
What the hell does that even mean?
Have you seen all of our unforced turnovers leading to easy run outs, compounded by unnecessarily challenging layups?)

And your constant defense of referees is #2.

Are you a member of a referee union somewhere?

yes this is a worry for me because I thought that if RU was to win 4-6 league games, he had to contribute, right now we are getting nothing from him but he has really regressed to the point where he isnt playing.

The free show issue has become Knoblauch-esque...

All in the head.
Was just thinking the same thing. And Nigel is now passing up wide open looks that we need our starting guard to take. But when we get to the line it is totally in our head that they are harder to make than they are. Mike Williams is the one guy who can turn this mindset around for us.

because I am not going to blame officiating as to why we are losing a particular game especially a game where Indiana has been called for more fouls...my issue is every game RU fans ***** about the refs, yes there will be games that are not called evenly but when every game isnt called evenly I think people are projecting their fandom into it..,.and yes better teams get the calls, they are often quicker as well which causes the inferior team to foul
