I'll say this: I told my buddy that our game starts at noon, so I will be pissed by 12:30. I didn't get pissed till 12:35.

Nigel Johnson complete no-show in conference games.

Jordan said he was Magic Johnson and we repeatedly heard about how he was better than Sanders, I never buyed into that...one thing we can count is people overrating our talent. Nigel is an okay 6th or 7th man but not a starter or difference maker.

Pike really needs an upgrade in recruiting and thats why I am perplexed at that juco point guard coming in next year that cannot shoot and was not sought after

I like that Diallo is starting to play major minutes. He's by far our best defensive C and he's slowly learning how to position his body offensively. It's great to see the coach rewarding the guys who bring it on D.

We were playing GREAT basketball on both ends of the floor.

Then we fell apart with awful unforced and forced turnovers (just not valuing the basketball), and some dreadful fouls chasing from behind when they took it to the hoop on fast breaks, and that killed all momentum.

Totally self inflicted.

And THAT is what is so frustrating.

Pikiell is a really good coach but the talent sux. Things have got to change.

Can't play diallo and sa at the same time. Gives us zero interior offensive presence

bottle these 5 minutes
If league games only lasted 5 minutes, Rutgers might be undefeated.Sadly, as the game progresses the failure to score while opponents goes on runs becomes the norm.Sanders is the only offensive scoring threat.

well as bad as its been , lead is cut to just 7. I do not have illusions about winning this game but it is good to know that Pike can coach and can calm his team down....

41-32..half,,it could be worse

we need to have a better play than Sanders driving to the hoop but thats really our only offense right now...its 1 vs 5

Down 9 after everything going Indiana's way. I know people don't want to hear this but until we get a more fair whistle it's going to be even harder to overcome our deficiencies. Let me be clear it is not all on the officials but the officials add an additional obstacle we don't need right now. No way we win one of these games without a more balanced whistle.

I count at least three turnovers that the refs completely let Indiana hack our arm and get the ball back.

That's at minimum six points in a nine-point game.

Mike Williams came in and gave us a spark with his intensity. If we can prevent Indy from going on a run to start the second half, we might be able to keep this one close for another ten minutes. But we cannot match these guys for a full game with no perimeter shooting.

I'm now convinced Corey plays better when he forces it. He's all we have this year and next. Set him free.

Halftime thoughts:

-Laurent doing great job getting Defensive rebounds
-Sanders is a beast and would play on any B1G team .. he needs support around him
-Williams is back and I want to hear more screaming from our players. Gotta get into it
-Freeman doing unbelievable given his condition

KEYS TO THE SECOND HALF:
-Don't turn it over, make sure we have a shot
-CONTINUE to stop the 3
-REBOUND better

Wow, Sa got his arm hacked!
Just came here to post this. Yes we are sloppy with the ball at times, but Indiana is gets away with things we do not.

We need to stop the stupid turnovers back towards mid court and are just outlet passes for Indiana. Halftime assists count: Hoosiers 8, Knights 3. We do not pass the ball well enough. No steals credited for us against a team that came into today dead last in the B1G in turnovers per game.
