Four foul shots...

See my long post, because I normally don't blame the officials, but this time I did.
No big ten team will have 4 or fewer foul shots in a game for the entire rest of conference play.

you have to adjust to how the game is called and Iowa was taking it to the hoop, great adjustment by Fran and many of these came off of stupid RU turnovers
listen RU fans are the biggest moaners about officiating.,...EVERY single game, refs are not always good but officiating isnt why RU lost, RU lost because they do not know how to close it out and just do not have the shooters to do it.

No team in the entire country Div. 1, 2 or 3, NAIA, High School, Middle School, or kiddy rec league.
Didn't see any major gripe with the way the game was called.

BAC stop it! You're usually right and your comments are defensible but not this time. This officiating crew was HORRIBLE! I've played when officials have made crappy calls and you adjust. I also have played when no matter how you adjust they're just not going to change their biased calls. This was one of those nights. We drove to the basket countless of times and should have gotten our fair share of fouls called against Iowa. That last call against Corey when he drove to the basket was a freakin' joke. There was no way that kid was in position for the offensive foul and besides, Corey split the two defenders. It should have been a blocking foul and two shots.

They were HORRIBLE! Did you even watch the game? I watched the entire game. I counted at least two dozen hacks on our players going to the basket and NO CALLS. Pikiell should send the tape in and ask the league to review it. I don't know if they even do this, but if they don't they should. This is the second time we had this crew. The first time they were merely mediocre and missed several travels, three second calls and fouls. This time they were absolutely insufferable. We shoot 4 FT's to their 23? You don't see the disparity? COME ON MAN!

I know they did, and it was still the wrong call. What, you think they want to overturn their call if it's a tweener? Sorry, but that was NOT a charge. And that's only one example. They're were dozens of no calls on the Iowa freshmen; reaching in, hacking on the arm, not going straight up. I guarantee you if that game was played at the RAC the foul calls would have been at least equal if not in our favor.
As I have stated before; I don't blame the officials and from my original post, I mostly blame our lack of finishing at crunch time when we were up nine. This however, was over the top obvious to anyone who knows BB. I'm sure you would agree that some of the no calls against us would have changed the outcome at the end of the last five minutes yes?
They just reviewed if he was in the restricted area. Yes it should have been a block. That really was only call I thought that went against us.
I saw two walks by Iowa that weren't called, but I didn't see the fouls RUMan is talking about. One of the ways I gauge whether something's going on on the floor that I didn't see on TV is to watch the players' reactions, and they seemed concordant with the refs' calls (or non-calls). We didn't complain when a foul was called on us, and our guys weren't complaining about being hacked and no call being made. It seemed to be pretty well called game. Maybe the book on us is that we can't shoot, so don't foul and play for the rebound.
You don't think Corey was hacked by Baer splitting the 2 defenders? Or Mike Williams getting his hand held and hooked by the Iowa guy as he was getting around the screen trying to stay with Jok, or Nigel going strong to the hole for one of the first times and getting bumped?. There were more than a few but I would agree that the reffing was not horrendous as it has been against us before( St. John's or any Tim Higgins reffed game).
