I was too optimistic at 11-1 and way too pessimistic at 11-5.....need to remove emotion.
Iowa just lost a heart breaker and is not a good team as far as B1G caliber goes. They are VERY young. They aren't a good rebounding team.
If I still think we win 4 or 5 B1G games this could be one of them. I am ready to throw the towel (not a complete throw in the towel) in for this team and a win would suck me back.
Rutgers 70
Iowa 59
Issa Thaim and Jonathan Laurent do an outstanding job on Jok who needs 23 shots to score 18 points. Mike Williams scores 17. Freeman 12 pts 9 rebounds. sanders 8 pts 6 reb 6 assts 3 stls. Laurent scores 10.
?????????No.
Looking at 8-4 next year....
Tyler Oden gets his chance and throws for 2000 yards and rushes for 1000.
Young secondary grows up and RU gets back to McCourty Ryan, Harmon, Greene, Giralt etc. days
Old OC holding us back...Ash and co. will have us scoring 30+ and D is good enough to hold teams under 20
Martin and Hicks (Thunder and Lightning) each rush for 1000 too
Savon Huggins will sign with the NYG Giants in 2017 and rush for 1,000 yards
Find somebody to start guarding Jok as soon as he gets off the airplane. Once he is in New Jersey he is in range to shoot.
No.

Definitely a hack! Maybe the Russians?![]()
Game is in Iowa City. We;ll just have to start guarding him when we get off the plane.![]()
Thiam couldn't guard Izzo on Wednesday, so I don't expect him to be able to do much against Jok.
Going to have to be a team effort to shut him down...

I watched a good part of their game last night and they were drained at the end. They may not get their legs back byI think we bounce back and win our first B1G game.

Sunday. We need to have our shots fall for a change and defend the 3pt line better.
Yeah...he was so bad on D Izzo would have been a tough guard.Huh?
Izzo?
I thought Jok isn't as much as a threat penetrating as he is from the outside. I thought Thiam length could be effective.

The kid is learning how to play big time basketball...I expect bumps in the road. But his D is costing him minutes, and that's never a good thing
I think 12% might be a bit generous.Wow! This thread really has to have some stolen identities or we are in "bizzaro world" like on Seinfeld.
FIG still writing some positive thoughts on our year and future and BK saying something negative about one of our players. That never happens.
Either Thiam said something negative about or to BK or his wife on one of the road trips or maybe the fact that BK's winning percentage on all of the road trips over the years(probably at about 12%) has really gotten to him....
Now I have seen it all........
Best of Luck,

Issa is a great young man...Mild mannered and well spoken. He's got far more to offer than he's shown thus far.Wow! This thread really has to have some stolen identities or we are in "bizzaro world" like on Seinfeld.
