Williams completely in his man's face and he still makes the 3. The closeouts have been fine tonight. Just hot shooting.
I'll go on the record and say Stony Brook won't shoot 50% from 3 for the game, questionable perimeter D or not . . .
Down 1 at half with hot Sanders sitting a bunch with 2 fouls. I'll totally take it.
When he sauntered up the court after getting the inbound pass I was like, WTF are you doing?! We had no chance at a rebound and putback there. Take the shot with 3-4 seconds left.

Yep. And we weren't in the bonus all half, whereas SB was with about 8 minutes to go. SB shot the lights out, we made some terrible passes to fans in the stands, and had Nigel made that last shot we'd be up by 2. I feel weird. Weirdly happy. But weird.
Interesting to see if there are any adjustments. We rarely saw that with EJ.
I think we've adjusted to B1G reffing, and other conferences call it differently. But that offensive call on Corey looked to be total ******** given that the defender was inside that arc and stood right under him after he went airborne.

Joe Boylan on the radio has said the same thing. Several times he has commented on the good defense and SB made the shot anyway.
Yep. Good news for us is that he's 1-5 from the field, and my guess is he picks that up in the second half.
Several SB guys have already exceeded their per game scoring average. Gotta believe they can't keep it up. RU getting balanced scoring.
There will definitely be adjustments because Pike prepares for games and different scenarios.
This is perhaps the worst TV production I have ever seen. Free tip to the producer: there is a fader knob for the guys at the game. you're supposed to turn it down when you go to commercial break. I learned that in my first 2 minutes when I was at WRSU.
