Btw Michigan state beat Divison 1A Furman 28-13 to open up the season. A Divison 1-A team played them to a 15 point game....

Then you must not have been paying to close attention.

We have NO talent. None. If we are in any game against power teams, even MSU, we are playing the game of our lives and out playing our talent level by a lot.


Please stop referencing recruting rankings. They few players we had that had our classes where they were are all gone.

Our recruiting classes with all the players now longer with the program aren't likely to be ranked much higher than firman.

You didn't see it once? Took Minnesota deep into the 4th quarter. Was beating Indiana in the 4th quarter. Tied with Iowa in the 4th quarter. Yeah there were some ugly games but you need to pump the brakes on the hopelessness

Fundamentals haven't improved, in fact they've seemed to worsen. More than 2/3 of our starters are back from last year, and we look far worse than that team looked. And we thought that was rock bottom..

We had our 3rd string QB in the game who, obviously, can't pass the ball just yet and we know our OL is the equivalent of most B1G team's 2nd string and some 3rd team OL's. Their D was playing like mad-dogs out there too. I thought one guy was going to hump the grass after he made a tackle he was so juiced-up!
