I had a bad feeling about this one even before the suspension...now Corey out, plus Illinois a lot healthier than when we last saw them...current line is ILL -14.5, but can't see it being that close.

92-56 Illinois has a field day...without Cory a record blowout is possible

Game 1 post Corey team stays together and overachieves. Game 2-4 is where I worry.

While it would shock most...a win here wouldn't shock me.

Tonight is about bishop Daniels getting a chance

I hope Eddie finally gives Khalil and Jake some run. I don't need to see any more of Justin.

So, Illinois has Finke back at 6-10 and we lose Sanders... and it's at their place this time. Daniels went 0-fer in 28 minutes last time out against the Illini with 2 assists to 3 turnovers.

Not looking good. I don't think we cover a 14.5 pt spread. I'll give it a palindromic 85-58.

The last game vs. Illinois Lewis and Daniels both had zero in points. I just don't see how we can be competitive without Corey. This could get ugly but I am hoping I am wrong. Illinois had 2 really big guys the last time we played them. Now they will have Ficke too. I think they will pound us on the boards and possibly play volleyball. I really do hope though that I am totally wrong.

they don't rebound...wont hurt you off the offensive glass.

let's remember it was Jonathan Laurent that did a lot of damage. Corey was great, but he did take 33 shots.

What was spread?

I was wrong.

If we were patient offensively game would have been closer. Every possession Jonathan touched the ball I think we scored.

This really wasn't too difficult to predict. I mean I hate it, trust me, and it was tight but the games could get uglier.

Daniels suck. Bench him when Corey gets back. He makes too many turnovers
