WOW....just imagine if this happened to Rutgers....this board would blow up. Bac would probably drive to AD Hobbs' house and demand an Immediate change.....lol. [banana] At the very least he would request that we all email Hobbs again and post his email address here......again. Ruman and rocktherac would personally pick up Danny Hurley in a limo and bring him to the RAC....then drive Jordan to DC.

Indiana used a 25-0 run over the final 9:05 in the 1st half at #Michigan to move to 9-1 in league play, it's best start since '08

The game was at Michigan, against a healthy squad.

^ Every time I post in a thread he posts in he tells me I am on ignore, which really means I'm not on ignore at all. He reads everything I post.

And that post wasn't for you. It was for clear headed people who understand UM's basketball history dominates ours in every way, so using some 10 minute period of a single game just makes the OP look more stupid than he already does...if that is possible.

Ohio State was down to Indiana 55-20. That's the point, even talented teams have stinkers. That is what Choppin is trying to say. Ohio State lost to Maryland by 35 points.

Two teams that beat Rutgers played each other.

One team scored a lot more than the other, many points consecutively and without answer.

Therefore... Something positive about Rutgers basketball and... *Somehow* an "I told you so."

Analysis complete.

And what does this have to do with Rutgers...are you saying we are talented. We have lost 24 straight Big 10 games and are 6-31 in our last 37 games. The OP is jus trolling

it is really 0-31...6 wins were against teams ranked lower than 250.

well lets give them the benefit of the doubt if the win was D1 but lets take that pathetic Newark game out of the equation so its 5-31 yet the OP wants to draw some comparison to Michigan that is 17-6 and going to the NCAA with one of the top coaches brains around

Indiana has improved significantly. Actually little bit stunned as was under impressed when we played them. Good coaching by Crean.

It's stupid. It's a lame attempt to make a comparison to Rutgers' woes. Really lame. We haven't made the tourney in over 20 years. They have numerous times and gone far. The more I think about it the more unintelligent it gets.

Looks like Cream has the Hoosiers looking good and he's not on the hot seat like he was supposed to have been a while back ago.
Not sure if I heard that here or in an article I read.
Indiana being a successful program is good for the B1G.
Rutgers becoming a major power would be even better for the B1G ,in my opinion :D

This is the same Tom Crean who was 8-46 in the BIG TEN over his first 3 years there as coach. Jordan is several losses beyond, but, he should easily exceed Crean's mark by next year when we have a full roster.....hopefully, injury free.

Regarding the OP...it was in fun....any person with common sense can see that. It was a sarcastic response to the many negative threads on this board that attempted to indirectly criticize Rutgers by posting how common opponents fared against other teams. The guy bac has started a few himself.....I don't read his comments anymore, but, he probably called me an idiot....lol

I've cut way back on posting here because of threads like this. So unreadable.

And the sentiment is we could care less that Michigan had a 25-0 run on them.

We have lost 24 a row in conference and 30 in a row to the P-6. That's what we care about.

If we were 17-6 and headed to the tourney, I promise you I wouldn't complain. However, if Michigan loses 24 B1G game in a row, please go ahead and post it.

agree...a few posters on here are trying to portray that is unreasonable to think we have a train wreck here. No top 250 wins and 24 straight losses and 13 losses by 25 or more in the Eddie era, losses against 31 of our last 36 D1 opponents....say that again...31 out of 36...yet we are supposedly out to lunch or agenda pushing. The proof is in the pudding.

the amazing lengths that people are going to try and make excuses for everything but all the while paying ANY attention to win loss record at all.

You are comparing Crean and Indiana to what RU will next year?. I have to really have a belly laugh at that.
Crean had a top 10 class coming in, Eddies class doesn't even have an offer from any top 50 programs...Im not knocking the recruits but they are all under the radar types with potential but we know that relying on this type of recruiting does not always work out.

Crean isn't handicapped by a decade of no investment in basketball.

He took over the Program at an awful time but their ship has been righted.

They'll be good for the foreseeable future and he's a good coach.
