Fantastic first episode. This is the first mini-series that actually made me feel like I was watching a movie. Really interesting characters. Great acting by all involved. Good storyline. I went into this with low expectations and no knowledge of the character at all.

Go to youtube and watch some interviews with Iman. She is the real deal and future star. So funny and a huge marvel geek.

I guess, technically, you are correct. However, if they had not made this show, and I hadn't read articles about the upcoming show, I would have not known that the character existed in the comics.

I've enjoyed it so far.

A few issues with the change in how she got and the nature of her powers as opposed to the comic books, but I certainly understand why the MCU is going that way.

Old white guy definitely isn't the demographic they're looking to attract with this one, that's for sure.

It is definitely younger and lighter-toned in its presentation than the average MCU offering.
