Do we need a team shrink?

Sure seems often how I have hear how so and so has lost confidence. Should they have a sports psychologist to try to get it back?

Yes. I have been recommending this for a few seasons now. Nu must have some really good ones on faculty- the psych dept is highly respected. Either them or some of our newly minted clinical phd.s that are practicing in the field. And no, I am not necessarily suggesting they use wrassler ( although he might actually be pretty good at it/especially with the individual sports like wrestling/golf/fencing/swimming etc etc...) Something obviously must change with the team. Their viper spirit just isn't there. Sure they're "trying", but the winning edge is just lost over aand over again

Shooting is very much a mental skill along with the physical parts of it. I'd be very surprised if it isn't already available along with many other counseling opinions.

Well, if it is being administered, it isn't being done very well
