Believe me I've experienced these type of inconveniences on numerous occasions. Hate to say it but those kind of people are not there for the event but just for there own enjoyment. Not much can be done about this, I guess.

It was actually the Cookie Monster (way better than Elmo). The whole 7th inning guest conductor bit is not really my thing and a little stale, but I gotta admit the Cookie Monster singing the 7th stretch was pretty great.

Cookie Monster has been all over the city including Wrigley Field in the last couple days.

Don't tell Cookie Monster, but I'm pretty positive the guy who has his hand in his back lives in Highland Park.

I agree that the 7th inning singing thing has lost lots of it's luster over time. Stop with having those with no Chicago or Cubs ties do it just to promote a show or concert. Maybe use Harry on the big board, or maybe Santo and Banks, or just let the "cookie monster" or the other Sesame Street folks take over.
