After much hand wringing and fear we would lose our half court seats, my father visited the ticket office this afternoon and selected the same seats we had from 1983 until last year in the new building.

Hope everyone has the same experience.

And the zone still sucked last night ;)

Any anecdotes from our Group 1 guys? My spot in the batting order doesn't come up 'til Tuesday; really curious as to how things are shaping up.

I'm next Thursday. I was surprised 15 years of tickets and donations got me that late. I'm really just hoping for my old seats.

Not much difference between you and I, Lunker; I'm at 17 years of tickets and modest donations. I imagine many of our posters are way up the totem pole for this, but the fact that we're awfully similar in profile, yet two full days apart in selecting, suggests to me that quite a few of us fall in this general area of the spectrum. Take my observations with a grain of salt, though, as I'm not a Northwestern grad and I confuse easily.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by how many good seats are still available in the upper level. A lot of them in the same general area of your previous seats. I selected mine today (in Sec. 220) at 4:30 and did not move far from my original location. I kept thinking, 'This was way too easy. What am I missing here?'

220 is on my list of possibilities, Uber. That wouldn't be a bad landing spot at all.
