If i hear one more time their WR is out I'm going to lose a bottle of bourbon on the TV screen.

I'll take your word for it. The only way to watch anything on a 4-letter network is with the sound down.

Thought the same. Not one mention that NU was without their best DB, Harris and down to three replacements back there. They always thought that the replays should go the Io-a way.

I seem to recall them affirming that Carr's diving TD was a legit score while it was under review.

How can you say worst? There is so much competition from bad announcers we have had for our games.

The announcers said that NU had the edge in referee's calls. On the Odenigbo sack that his hand touched Beathard's helmet he was being held. Great to see Odenigbo making game clinching plays. Thought Thorson showed great improvement today. Also, Desmond King could be starting for Bears tomorrow. He passed on a lot of money by staying in college. Carr and Jackson are studs! Mitchell had a great game. The entire team stepped up in a must win situation.

How about Iowa fans throwing bottles on the field? A classy bunch!

They didn't show one NU highlight until Odenigbo's 1,000th sack
Well I technically consider it a highlight when ESPN cuts to Iowa students flipping off the camera, clearly yelling "F you" to a national televisison, and throwing beer bottles at the refs. Which happened right after the Hawkeye defender clearly yanked JJ's facemask.

Maybe not a NU or a Big Ten highlight per se; but an entertaining spotlight on Io_a's fan base nonetheless.

There might as well have been a continuous bulletin scrolling across the bottom of the screen telling viewers about the overwhelmingly horrendous implications of Matt VandeBerg's sore foot. "URGENT ... URGENT ..."

Reminds me of NU fans throwing apples at the NU sideline during the 1975 Michigan game. The refs had to stop play twice to pick up dozens of apples that had landed on the field.
