Each agency acts an independent silo and is reluctant to share information with other agencies...and that's a huge problem....

IMO if DOGE is going to have any long term and meaningful impacts on the federal gov't, then they --DOGE-- needs to end silo mentality. At the very least, the IRS, INS, SSA, Medicare and Medicade need to share information so we can get a firm grasp of whom is receiving what, how much they are receiving, are we sending money to dead people or people that aren't entitled to it, and help reduce fraud and abuse.

That starts with one consolidated IT department, as every major corporation with multiple divisions does.

The only thing doge and Trump can due is shame those low life bastards, threatening to primary them if they won't vote to clean things up . I do believe Trump administration +DOGE being so transparent is helping.

Congress writes laws. If you want permanent changes they are going to have to do it. Being transparent with everyone will help pressure them. But they definitely better start getting busy.
