Glad you nerds are excited. 87K in U.S. Dollars though right?
Yes, i can tell you how much the value of the dollar is priced in bitcoin instead if you would like or how much the price of Bitcoin is up priced in gold or yen or pesos if you would like they are all currencies and interchangeable

I don't think you understand what's going to happen if they make it a Reserve Currency. Trump got a mandate. But he will need alot more Senators and Congressmen to get what you want. Maybe you will get closer to your goal in Vance’s second term.

So bitcoin is just a made up currency that standing on its own offers no real value or use and you can't even have it at home ?

It is a made-up currency as any currency we use these days. It does have value in that it is a consistent unit to calculate value and its monetary policy is protected by the most powerful computer network in the world, whether you understand why that is valuable is up to you. And "have it at home" is a feature not a bug, anything you own physically has to be physically stored and defended which comes at a cost if you can store your value without having protect and defend it in that way can actually be a good thing. As a rough example there is a major cost to operate Fort Knox if that has to be paid out of the gold it protects it will quickly and significantly reduce the value it is protecting. If your question is what ties it to the physical world, I would point you to energy generation and computer hardware.
Also useful when having to travel, transport or trade value. What would the cost be to do business in gold? Its heavy and a pain in the *** to move, which means it takes a long time and again has to be protected it's much easier to send that value digitally.

It will be the currencies countries use to do business because it is transparent and can't be manipulated and weaponized the way the USD has been and Gold before that.
Currency is a tool that makes it easier to store value and trade this is just the best and most efficient way that we can do that.

If a company holds millions of dollars on its balance sheet it can hold that in cash and have it systematically devalued or choose a different reserve asset and storing gold in their basement isnt an option

Out of curiosity what would it take for you to reconsider your position on this topic and consider you might be wrong?
Would your ego ever even allow it?
If the grid goes down any currency that isn't in your physical possession is worthless. This is simple logic

what about off grid energy? or the fact that bitcoin is a global currency and the grid in other places of the world would still be working?

How does off grid energy solve a collapse of worldwide connectivity?

I really don't think you understand the situation. If the cyberworld goes blank there is not digital currency to be reached. The purity of gold doesn't matter in a barter society.
Canned beef and veggies go along way if the digital world falls apart and some made up currency a million miles away is .....well useless as a penny . I can promise you this much
