Hell if I know. I don't go into the city much any more, and when I do I don't see all the nonsense. I do know the migrant crisis is causing problems in the city though...not trying to deny that. Although, when you're talking about **** in the streets, I think you're talking about San Francisco more than NYC. I haven't heard of that being a problem. But I'm sure there is an uptick simply based on the migrants not being housed, and if you don't have somewhere to sleep I guess you have to **** in the street.Why aren’t people using them?
