Could barely beat an 0-4 Sam Houston team in OT. He's thankful the Sam team ran out of players and was down to 3rd string.

I'm all in on Rich Rod. Bring it on. He will have this team winning 8-10 games per year in short order. And he's not a blame deflection, excuse making expert, used car salesman like Brown. 🙄

3 of 4 were teams that WVU lost to last year. Pitt, Texas Tech, TCU.

The lone loss was to unbeaten #6 PSU and team many claiming will be in playoffs. A team Rod would lose to by 70 if his current team played them. A team every Mountaineer team has struggled to beat every year. A win that is so rare that it's only happened 9 times.

Rodriguez hasn't coached here since Dec. 16, 2007. What makes you think he would even consider returning? Why do you think he would win here again? He hasn't won anywhere else. He would be instant bad press in my opinion.

Not even a year ago Rasheed was advocating for Rich Rod to come back to WVU. He has some opinions on it. I figure he knows a thing or two...

The folks in this thread who say Rich Rod cant coach are very low information football fans.....

Watch the whole thing. Rich Rod's style of coach is making a comeback, and tbh WVU would be stupid not to jump on the chance to get a real coach in here....

For those that watched Jacksonville State the other night, there is no way you can deny that while watching their offense that it didn't bring back fond memories of a fluid moving machine.

They are an exciting team to watch and are doing great for their first year in CUSA. Rich Rod will be coaching on the big stage again soon enough.

You are out of touch and out of date man. Have you even taken the time to watch Jacksonville St? You should. Watch that clip until the end. Those guys are right about RR. He's an offensive genius. RR could outcoach NB in his sleep. With this roster now he wouldve hung 30 on PSU and had 3 players with 100+ yards rushing in the same game. With the new $55million facilities, his recruiting would be the best we've ever seen. NB has been handed the keys to a lamborgini with everything we have now, and hes driving it like its a pinto.
