It's been a long time coming, and its about time you racist fks finally poke the bear you've held down for so long so much that you've woken it up. The bear is waking up from its sleep, and now its going to bite you in the ***.

In all my my years, I have never met a group of people as racist as white liberals. The black folks are waking up, and now they will begin learning things. They will learn what has really been done to them for decades, and they will put an end to it with the help of real Americans.

Question is, trials arenā€™t going to happen as fast as they think. If Trump were to get elected and he were convicted, would secret service allow state officials into White House?

It has not ever been tested, so we do not know what would happen. The precedent hasn't been established. So there isn't a yes/no answer yet.

I have never seen any person in this country more harassed than Trumph . Using the legal system in this way could come back to bite you all in the ***. Trump is a saint compared to Biden. I sure don't want a choir boy as president, but I don't want Al Capone either.

Here you go......from actual experts.....Why is it that you give a prickly response when there was no need for it? Facts back up my response, not emotion. This COULD be something new altogether. If he were to win the presidency, then the trial concludes while he is in office, then there is the debate. Since the charges and indictment took place while he was just a citizen, he did not have legal immunity protections as POTUS. But, if he were to be president when the trial finishes, does that immunity back up and cover when he wasn't? That would be the legal debate. There are law professors having fun with this debate I'd imagine.

You have to impeach and have the Senate convict first then remove him. . Anything else will be treated as a coup. It's why they didn't try it the first time Trump was in office.

You can argue with yourself about it. It's not going to happen with Trump or Biden.

Even if you cut and paste your answer to post #29, I'd like to hear in your own words exactly what Trump did that was "criminal behavior"? It would help if you could name the criminal code(s) he violated and what actions he took that represented the violation, but even if you can't do that just point out what he did that represented a crime?

It doesn't prove his guilt, however your's and Left's inability to articulate what exactly Trump did that represents a crime shows how manipulated you've been by the "chattering class". They have to stretch "interpretations" of the Law in order to create the perception of criminal behavior. Then sponges like you come along regurgitating their misapplications of criminal statutes and you think you're correct that he's a guilty crook.šŸ˜

Maybe so. But legal experts who are smarter than you or I have stated that this case is different, because the charges came AFTER he had left office as POTUS. And if a conviction comes DURING a presidency, then it is unclear because nothing addresses this scenario. So it is untested.

I'm not arguing that it should happen.....i'm simply saying that someone saying it "cannot happen" isn't correct.
